Chambre privée dans notre appartement 5 pièces (3 chambres, 1 salle de bain, 1 WC, 1 salon, 1 cuisine américaine, terrasse entourée de verdure (jardin de la résidence) dans résidence calme avec magnifique vue sur les montagnes et la vieille ville de Grasse.
Grasse est la capitale mondiale du parfum, nombreuses parfumeries à visiter au centre-ville, nombreux magasins, épiceries, marchands et supermarchés à proximité.
Gare routière à 10mn à pied pour vous rendre à Cannes (25mn en train/30mn en car), Nice (45mn/1h en car) ... ou en Italie (terminus à Vintimille/Ventimiglia), bus à 5mn à pied, possibilité d'aller au centre-ville à pied (30mn ou avec navette gratuite).
Petit-déjeuner copieux inclus: café, chocolat ou thé, lait, jus de fruits, pain, beurre, confiture, fruits frais, céréales, fromage frais.
Possibilité de prendre des repas avec nous en fonction de nos disponibilités ou de cuisiner.
Cartes et informations sur la ville de Grasse et les environs.
Balades possibles le weekend dans l'arrière-pays grassois (randonnées, parapente, visite villages) selon disponibilités.

This is a private bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment. Your private room is furnished with a comfortable full size double bed (futon) provided with sheets, a duvet, pillows, and bathtowels.The bathroom is shared with us.
In our living-room you have access to a flat screen television with international channels and a dvd player and to our laptop. Wifi in your bedroom if you bring yours.
If you visit us during the warm months, you can relax on our balcony surrounded with flowers and trees and with a beautiful view on the mountains.
For breakfast we provide coffee, tea, chocolate with milk or cream, fruit juice, bread, butter and jam, fruit, cereals, yoghurts.
We want you to feel at ease and think of our sweet home as your second home!
We live in a really nice and "scented" town of the Riviera, its name is Grasse and it is the capital city of perfumes, only a few miles from NICE.

Some hints about us:
We're a dynamic couple: I'm an open-minded, trustworthy 36 year-old woman whose goal is to travel, meet new people, discover new cultures as often as possible. I'm an English teacher from primary school to secondary school. He's a 40 year-old computer instructor and likes to travel with me! He is also a drummer ;-)
We don't smoke.
Other information:
We have no pets.
There are a lot of things to do around depending on the season (even if sometimes you can enjoy sea and snow in the same day!): sports: skiing, hiking, horse-riding, scubadiving, jogging and relaxing on the beach, sailing; culture: historical cities/villages, markets, museums, concerts (Juan festival), typical events (Cannes festival, Lemon feast in Menton, carnival in Nice...)
We're close to the train station (to Cannes, Nice or Italy), many bus stations, 40 kms from the airport but there is a special bus from there to the city center of Grasse.
I can show you around during week-ends and sometimes during the week.
